Trumans Doubles Capacity

Print
News: February 2015

Less than two years after opening its Hackney Wick brewery, Trumans is looking to double its production capacity through an investment of half a million pounds.

An additional unit is being acquired that will increase floor space by 50% and see brewing capacity raised to around 500 barrels a week. The investment also includes the installation of a fully-automated kegging line.

Founded in 2010, the company was set up to revive the name of London's historic Truman brewery. An original Trumans yeast strain is used to ferment the beer.
