Chiltern Releases Oak-Aged Bodgers Reserve

News: March 2013

Buckinghamshire's Chiltern Brewery has released an oak-aged version of its well-established Bodgers Barley Wine.

Bodgers Reserve (8.9% ABV) has been aged in former whisky casks for five months and matured in the bottle for a further seven months. The beer was launched by Inside Beer's Jeff Evans at Chiltern's pub, The King's Head in Aylesbury.

Just 500, numbered bottles have been made available, which are available directly from the brewery shop (including by mail order).
